Improving and increasing the quality of the overall educational activity, encouraging and stimulating those who benefit from differentiated study programs in the three artistic fields (music, theatre, and fine arts) to achieve their full potential;

Promoting the reform process of artistic higher education and European integration, aimed at maintaining the university’s capacity to ensure quality in teaching, the artistic activity, research and academic services;

Adapting the structure of study programs to a system that responds to the challenges and pressures of a problematic and complex cultural context, thus increasing the employability of students;

Developing the culture of quality within the university;

Planning and achieving the procedural mechanisms for the assessment, ensurance, control and quality improvement;

Optimising personal attitudes, which develop the entrepreneurial spirit, the sense of responsibility in educational services;

Efficient planning of all the processes and activities of the three artistic fields: music, theater and fine arts;

Making appropriate policies to evaluate the professional performance of the academic and administrative staff;

Providing a stimulating and high-performing space for students to help them to carry out a successful study project;

The involvement of students in quality assurance.

Achieving these objectives requires the formulation of operational concepts materialized through specific actions. These will be detailed annually, specifying the methodologies and implementation tools.
