The 7TH EDITION of the INTERNATIONAL TRIENNIAL OF TEXTILE ART – TexpoART, with theme ORDER AND CHAOS, aligns perfectly with contemporary realities and presents to the interested public diverse artistic visions that use the expressive potential of textiles: techniques of execution, materials used, compositions, and core concepts all contribute to shaping an overall image of an important event within today’s artistic landscape.
This edition showcases 101 works by textile artists from 27 countries. An interesting aspect worth noting is that the titles of the works are becoming formal and irrelevant, no longer playing a role in distinguishing the pieces, which instead live and communicate through their content.
