Promoting the reform process of artistic higher education<\/strong> and European integration, aimed at maintaining the university\u2019s capacity to ensure quality in teaching, the artistic activity, research and academic services;<\/p>\n

Adapting the structure of study programs<\/strong> to a system that responds to the challenges and pressures of a problematic and complex cultural context, thus increasing the employability of students<\/span>;<\/p>\n

Developing the culture of quality<\/strong> within the university<\/span>;<\/p>\n

Planning and achieving<\/strong> the procedural mechanisms<\/strong> for the assessment, ensurance, control and quality improvement;<\/p>\n

Optimising personal attitudes<\/strong>, which develop the entrepreneurial spirit, the sense of responsibility in educational services;<\/p>\n

Efficient planning<\/strong> of all the processes and activities of the three artistic fields: music, theater and fine arts<\/span>;<\/p>\n

Making appropriate policies<\/strong> to evaluate the professional performance of the academic and administrative staff;<\/p>\n

Providing a stimulating and high-performing space for students<\/strong> to help them to carry out a successful study project<\/span>;<\/p>\n
